This policy outlines the terms applicable to purchases of market research reports, subscriptions, consulting-related services and other digital products offered through the Radial Insights website. By purchasing products or services from Radial Insights, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Radial Insights primarily provides digital market research reports, industry analysis, business intelligence content, forecasts, analytics, customized research services and consulting-oriented research support. As most products delivered are digital and intellectual in nature, traditional physical return processes generally do not apply. Once digital content has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or shared with the customer, it may not be eligible for return.
Refund requests may be considered only under limited circumstances:
Where a transaction has been processed more than once in error, resulting in a duplicate charge for the same product or service.
Where a technical error on our systems has resulted in an incorrect charge being processed.
Where purchased reports or services have not been delivered due to a technical issue attributable to our systems - not including delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided contact details or spam filtering.
Situations reviewed at our sole discretion where a genuine case for refund exists outside the circumstances listed above. Approval is not guaranteed.
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:
Payments made for customized research projects, consulting-related services or client-specific deliverables are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Any exceptions shall be governed by separate written agreements between Radial Insights and the client established prior to project commencement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at the time of purchase. Radial Insights shall not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer, spam or junk mail filtering on customer-side systems, customer-side system restrictions, or network or internet issues outside our control.
To request a refund review, customers should contact Radial Insights through the Contact page with the following information: order details and reference number; payment confirmation; a clear description of the issue; and any supporting documentation where applicable. Refund requests should generally be submitted within a reasonable period after the transaction date.

If a refund is approved: refunds may be processed through the original payment method where feasible; processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions, typically 5 to 14 business days; and applicable transaction fees or administrative charges may be deducted where permitted under the original payment terms.
Orders for standard digital reports may not be cancellable once processing or delivery has started. Customized research projects or consulting engagements may be subject to separate cancellation terms defined in project agreements established at the time of engagement. Radial Insights reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
